It’s very vague in the procedure,” lamented the judge this Monday afternoon in courtroom number 2 of the Meaux courthouse (Seine-et-Marne).
With his two fellow magistrates, they had to judge the drowning of a 5-year-old child in the swimming pool at the Pommeuse campsite which occurred on August 3, 2022.

And the least we can say is that we know nothing of the circumstances in which the tragedy occurred.
The manager and the campsite were prosecuted for “manslaughter”.
The prosecution asked that they be released as it is difficult to establish responsibilities in this affair.
The judges' decision will be rendered on Monday February 26.
