Special envoy to Tulle
Redouane Er Rachdy was sentenced this Tuesday, February 13 to eight years in prison by the Corrèze departmental criminal court.
The five magistrates found him guilty of the rape of Julie* in Vigeois (Corrèze), on January 18, 2022, during a trip booked via the BlaBlaCar application.
The attorney general had requested a ten-year prison sentence.
This 30-year-old Moroccan will also be registered with the FIJAIS (automated judicial file for perpetrators of sexual or violent offenses, Editor's note), the criminal court decided.
The accused's lawyer, Me Michel Labrousse, tells Le

that he will appeal.
Leaving the court, the victim and her parents expressed
