The police are investigating trespassing.

A 39-year-old Ukrainian has to answer for multiple trespassing charges.
He had invaded several gardens in Benediktbeuern and Ried (municipality of Kochel).

- A man who was sneaking around in various private gardens in Benediktbeuern and the Kochler district of Ried called the police on Friday afternoon.

The officers received several reports between 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. about the person, unknown at the time, who had broken into several properties.
According to the police, when the residents spoke to him, he was unable to “give any conclusive information about his stay within the pacified property due to the language barrier.”

The police found the man on site and discovered that he was a 39-year-old Ukrainian and that he was traveling in the region without a permanent address.
Report of trespassing
Two victims from Ried and one from Benediktbeuern filed a complaint for trespassing.
The police expelled the 39-year-old after a so-called dangerous speech.
According to the police, he didn't steal anything.
The Kochel police are now asking for further relevant information about where the man was observed.
