An 18-year-old is suspected of being kidnapped in the Black Forest.
Days later she was found in an apartment.
Offenburg - A 22-year-old who is said to have kidnapped an 18-year-old Berlin woman to Baden-Württemberg is accused of rape and other crimes.
The 18-year-old did not suffer any serious injuries that required inpatient treatment, a spokesman for the Offenburg public prosecutor told the German Press Agency on Tuesday when asked.
Where she is staying remains unclear.
The police and public prosecutor's office had already announced on Monday that the woman was allegedly kidnapped by a vacationing acquaintance in the southwest, held for several days and raped.
The previously missing woman was found on Friday in an apartment in the Black Forest's Kinzigtal.
The 22-year-old, who comes from Lahr in Baden, was taken into custody.
The suspect has no previous convictions, the spokesman for the public prosecutor's office reported.
Where exactly the woman was found in Kinzigtal remained unclear.
According to initial investigations, the two had met on a previous vacation.
They arranged to meet at the 18-year-old's apartment in Berlin - but then the young woman disappeared.
In her apartment, the suspect is said to have threatened the 18-year-old with a weapon and tied her up.
He then drove with her to Kinzigtal and held her in an apartment against her will.
Investigators said on Monday that he allegedly raped her several times.
