The police officers of the station began to collect findings from the scene and began investigating the circumstances of the incident.
The police received a report from a passerby who noticed a vehicle standing on the road between Nesher and the Carmel Ridge settlements with an unconscious man next to it.
The man was identified as a Haifa resident in his twenties who is not known to the police.
