The first Italian prize dedicated to social sustainability, the ReWorld Prize, arrives.
The recognition is reserved for companies that promote innovative and creative social sustainability initiatives with a significant impact on the area where they operate.
The areas affected are health and well-being, gender equality, decent work and economic growth, reduction of inequalities, responsible consumption and production.
The jury of the initiative - promoted by ReWorld, an innovative female start-up with a social vocation - is composed of the rector of the University of Rome La Sapienza Antonella Polimeni, the founder of ASviS and former minister Enrico Giovannini, Paola Profeta, pro-rector for D&I and University Sustainability Bocconi, Mariangela Cassano, president of ActionAid Italia, by the journalist Barbara Palombelli, by the director of Startup Italia Giampaolo Colletti, by Stefano Epifani, director of the Foundation for Digital Sustainability, by the vice-president of Confindustria Barbara Beltrame Giacomello and by Monica D'Ascenzo Diversity & Inclusion editor of Il Sole 24 hours.
The awards ceremony is scheduled during the ReWriters fest.
of Rome in October 2024 and applications can be proposed by 30 July 2024.
