Cloudy and wet weather is back.
It's getting cooler.
However, spring-like temperatures are expected again in the middle of the week.
Munich - Rain and hardly any chance of sun - there is probably little joy in the weather in Germany at Carnival after the record heat.
The low-pressure trough of “Pauline” and “Quinta” will slowly shift towards the coastal area on Sunday (February 11), reports the German Weather Service (DWD).
Mild air flows into Germany from the southwest.
However, up to 17 degrees will be possible again on Thursday (February 15th).

Spring continues in February: temperatures climb to 17 degrees on Wednesday - snowfall limit above 1000 meters
There is hardly any trace of winter in February.
In the Alps the snowfall limit is above 1000 meters.
Otherwise it's just too warm.
However, there could be up to 5 centimeters of fresh snow on Sunday.
In traffic jams, according to the DWD, even up to 10 centimeters.
On Monday (February 12th) it looks similar in Bavaria with the snowfall line in the low mountain ranges (from 1000 meters) and in the Alps (from 1200 meters).
DWD weather experts warn that it can be slippery in places.
However, temperatures will rise again on Wednesday.
Overall, it is significantly cooler in the north.
On the Rhine it will be up to 13 degrees on Tuesday.

After spring-like values in the middle of the week, things will cool down again next weekend, according to the DWD.
“Changeable and slight cooling” – is the DWD trend forecast from Sunday (February 18th).
It remains to be seen whether it will actually become more wintery.
