Rude, complainers, mute... The unflattering adjectives stick to the skin of Parisians and it is not the latest classification unveiled by Uber which risks sweeping away these clichés.
As France prepares to welcome more than 15 million tourists during the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the international VTC platform has released its annual ranking on the rating of users in 15 cities in France.
According to the data collected, customers from the capital come last with a rating of 4.81/5, despite better ratings than in 2022, while southern cities such as Perpignan and Toulon lead the way.
Statistics which do not surprise Judith N'Guessan any more.
A VTC driver since 2013, the veteran of the application considers that, if 80% of trips go well, “it only takes one customer in ten to be unpleasant to ruin your day”.
And the professional is not afraid to say it, Parisians know how to be “unpleasant”.
