A light rail vehicle in Heilbronn crashed into a car that had apparently driven onto the tracks.
Two passengers on the train were slightly injured on Wednesday afternoon, the police said.
It was not initially known why the 61-year-old driver drove into the track bed.
The fire brigade escorted around 80 passengers off the train.
The total damage is around 80.
Heilbronn - estimated at 000 euros, the car had to be towed.
The road was closed briefly and a replacement rail service was set up.
