A complaint was filed Wednesday in Tours by an EDF department manager for
“malicious acts”
committed against 41 customers,
“including political figures
,” the Tours prosecutor's office announced Wednesday evening.
These acts were
“committed by an employee of a subsidiary located in Le Havre
,” said the public prosecutor, Catherine Sorita-Minard, in a press release.
According to the magistrate, the accused
“suffered from psychological disorders and would have been laid off”
.
The complaint is forwarded to the Le Havre police station for investigation, according to the press release.
Among the acts alleged against the accused, who works in Le Havre where he lives, include contract terminations, changes in the name of contract holders or even cancellations of automatic debits, according to the same source.
