Farewell to one of the main characters of the Vasco Rossi universe.

Andrea Giacobazzi, the man who inspired the famous song 'Colpa d'Alfredo', a song which, not surprisingly, opened the record-breaking concert 'Modena Park' in 2017, has died at the age of 66.

The local press broke the news.

Giacobazzi was part of the rocker's group of friends from Zocca.

He died due to post-operative complications.

In the song 'Colpa d'Alfredo', which gives its name to the 1980 album, Andrea Giacobazzi, alias Alfredo, is indicated by Vasco Rossi as the one who had made him fail in his attempt to go out with a girl he met in a club, who then he was the 'Snoopy' of Modena.

In recent years Giacobazzi himself has recounted the genesis of that song which has become iconic over time: "Vasco came to us - the words of 'Alfredo' - He was at two thousand with emotion, he wanted to accompany her home. I started talking to him saying that , seeing as he had to get to Misano where he was supposed to play in the evening, it was better if he left in good time so as not to get stuck in traffic. These were 'the serious and inappropriate conversations that made him waste all the opportunities'".
