“We are going to go after all the possible housing with our teeth” and create “a shock of real estate supply”.
Prime Minister Gabriel Attal multiplied the formulas by going to Villejuif this Wednesday morning.
Accompanied by the Minister of Ecological Transition, Christophe Béchu, and the new Minister for Housing, Guillaume Kasbarian, he unveiled the list of 22 “territories committed to housing” which will benefit from exceptional aid from the State.
Among them is the construction site of the ZAC Campus Grand Parc, in Villejuif.
Alongside the future office buildings and scientific laboratories of the new Paris Saclay Cancer Cluster (PSCC), nearly 1,600 apartments are to be built in the coming years.
There will be HLM, intermediate housing and home ownership.
Some projects are already well advanced.
“The first key handovers are planned for June,” announced the developer, Sadev 94.
