Thierry Bandrac risks saying goodbye to his professional career.
A ban on working in the public service for five years was requested this Wednesday against the former director of technical services of Levallois-Perret, tried since Monday by the Nanterre criminal court, alongside his son and four business leaders, for favoritism and concealment of abuse of company assets.
Two years in prison, including eighteen months suspended and a fine of 80,000 euros, were also requested against the official.
The 62-year-old man, who arrived in Levallois-Perret in 2001, is suspected of having favored, between 2013 and 2015, a company specializing in project management and construction economics when awarding public contracts. .
Exchange of good practices: this company, which then achieved 50% of its turnover with the town of Levallois, would have intervened, free of charge, in Normandy, on the site of an old mill purchased for 120,000 euros in 2013, via a real estate SCI set up by Thierry Bandrac and his son.
Accusations that the person concerned has always contested, including from the back of the cell he occupied during his three months of pre-trial detention.
