It’s a great success and she’s French.
In just over twenty years, Ekoï has managed to establish itself in the ultra-competitive world of technical sports clothing for cyclists, triathletes and even running enthusiasts.
Today, this equipment heavyweight achieves a turnover of 50 million euros, experiences annual growth of more than 20%, employs 70 people, generates 60% of its sales from exports and will open a second warehouse - 6,000 m2 - in Puget-sur-Argens (Var).
Almost fully automated, it will always ship their orders to Ekoï aficionados faster and by limiting errors.
The Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games are yet another great opportunity for its founder, Jean-Christophe Rattel, to establish the notoriety of his brand.
“All products will arrive with us with an RFID chip
(which allows tracking during transport, storage, etc.)
and will take a tunnel before being stored and then shipped.
The goal is not only to no longer make the slightest mistake in inventories, to know exactly what we have, but also to be precisely aware of what goes out and what eventually comes back,” explains the Ekoï boss.
