The suspected perpetrator, a 33-year-old resident of the house, was arrested on site by patrols.

According to the rescue workers' initial assessment, the screaming baby suffered no visible injuries, but was taken to hospital as a precaution and for further observation.

As the girl's parents told the police, they had wanted to leave the house late in the evening after visiting there.

In the stairwell, the unknown woman suddenly approached from behind and suddenly attacked the child who was lying in a baby seat.

She choked the infant with both hands.

Father was able to tear the attacker away from his daughter

According to his own statements, the father managed to force the attacker away from his daughter and place himself between the baby seat and the woman.

She is said to have then thrown a glass bottle in the direction of the infant, but it was deflected by the father's arm and ultimately hit the wall and broke.
