At the Epfacher Gaudiwurm this year, a lot of things were different than before: for the first time there was no opposing train on the “Via Claudia”.
A new tent was set up at the junction to Haslachstrasse, and the guards danced on a stage outside.
Epfach - From Farmer Karg's stable on the "Via Claudia" the unrest of the roaring cows and cattle could be clearly heard through the tilted windows when the Epfach carnival parade reached the upper "Via Claudia" yesterday, Tuesday afternoon.
The noise on the street and especially from the boxes on the wagons made the animals nervous.
At the forefront of the parade: banners and floats from the Epfach carnival society with its chairman Dominik Hahn.
Their theme was the anniversary “100 Years of Walt Disney” – the inventor of “Mickey Mouse” and “Donald Duck” sent his regards.
Almost 20 groups lined up behind them in the Gaudiwurm, where an estimated 1,500 people gathered on the side of the road.

The toilet bowl was painted in the colors blue for male, red for female and yellow for miscellaneous.

The cracks on the rotors for the three wind turbines in the Leeder municipal forest were examined on a car from the Denklingen fire department: “The mayor is in for a huge fright – the blades of the wind turbines are falling off” was written there in large letters.

This was the car that was chosen as the best entry on wheels last Sunday after the parade in Schongau.
