In the “hell of Avdiivka”, the noose is tightening even more on the Ukrainian army, which has resisted Russian assaults and bombings since the fall.
Ukrainian troops were “urgently redeployed” this Thursday, in support of the garrison of the industrial city, which has become the epicenter of the fighting on the Eastern Front.
The third Ukrainian assault brigade claims to be carrying out counterattacks in neighborhoods conquered by the Russians, estimating the opposing forces in its area at “around seven brigades”, with reinforcements continuing to flow in.
kyiv also acknowledges that the Russians are continuing their attempts to “encircle Avdiivka”.
