Perched on its rock, the medieval village overlooks Sophia Antipolis, a Mediterranean-style Silicon Valley - dotted with modern buildings discreetly buried in nature.
22 km from Nice, 6 km from Antibes and only 4 km from Siesta beach, this peaceful village with cobbled streets retains an unostentatious Provençal charm, with its tiles and facades in faded colors.
From a distance, we can see the bare bell tower of the Sainte-Marie-Madeleine church, which we surprisingly enter via a descending staircase.
The listed monument was built in 1470 by Italian families who came from Liguria to repopulate the village decimated by the plague and civil wars.
