Thomas Gottschalk gave a very idiosyncratic answer to a guest request from the ZDF “Dream Ship” – and the showmaster didn’t make any friends with this answer.
Baden-Baden - In the current episode of the podcast “Die Supernasen” (February 13, 2024), comedian Mike Krüger (72) and showmaster Thomas Gottschalk (73) talk about the ZDF “dream ship” and philosophize about possible successors for it Pop legend Florian Silbereisen (42).
In the same breath, the former “Wetten,dass..?” presenter says that he hasn’t made any friends on the “Dream Ship” recently.

After the last “Wetten,dass..?” episode was broadcast, the ZDF showmaster made headlines with a few swipes that he dished out.
Thomas Gottschalk recently shot against the model qualities of Heidi Klum's (50) daughter Leni (19).

“Die Supernasen
”, the 73-year-old surprises with a little anecdote: the presenter also alienated the crew of “Das Traumschiff”.

After pop star Florian Silbereisen started as Captain Max Parger on the ZDF “Dream Ship” in 2019, Thomas Gottschalk received a guest request from production - but the showmaster did not accept the offer.
Instead, he sent his own version of the script back to the “Dream Ship” team.
Planned ZDF “dream ship” goals for 2024
ZDF reveals that four “Dream Ship” episodes will be filmed by summer 2024.
The planned destinations are Argentina, Curaçao, Miami and Hudson Valley.
Criticism of “Dream Ship” captain Florian Silbereisen?
Thomas Gottschalk apparently wanted to get rid of the pop star with his script, because in his “Dream Ship” version the captain’s hat was floating lonely on the ocean at the end of the episode.
Is this supposed to be a hidden tip against Florian Silbereisen?

Thomas Gottschalk's script version was not accepted by ZDF and Thomas did not appear as a guest in the series.
But other celebrities are willing to take part in the primetime show.
The “Dream Ship” guest stars for the upcoming Easter episode (March 31, 2024) in Phuket (Thailand) have only now been released.
