Between inflation, the prices of water, gas, electricity... We expected the bill to be steep for Parisian and Ile-de-France co-owners in 2023, but probably not as much.

According to the very latest figures published by the cooperative co-ownership management platform Matera, and which we are revealing to you exclusively, the 2023 charges in Île-de-France (IDF) increased by 14%, reaching 2,409 euros annually in condominiums equipped with collective heating and 10.8% to 1,073 euros in those with individual heating (excluding heating costs).

“These are median values, that is to say that there are as many co-ownerships which pay higher amounts and as many which pay less,” explains Charlotte Tayart de Borms, its data analyst.

They are quite close to the average values recorded, but we have favored this method of calculation to best reflect the reality of the increase in costs.
