Marie Reim will take part in the ESC preliminary round in Berlin on Friday evening.

The German pop stars have Michelle and Matthias Reim's daughter on their side.

Berlin - The Eurovision Song Contest in Malmö will not take place until May 2024 - but before the international competition starts, an important decision has to be made in Germany: Who will represent the country with their song?

In addition to the winner of a casting competition, eight other artists are nominated.

One of them is pop star Marie Reim (23).

The young singer has some pretty well-known fans.

As the daughter of ex-ESC participant Michelle (53) and pop star Matthias Reim (66), Marie appears to have the best qualifications to win the ESC preliminary round on Friday (February 16, 2024).

But the competition is tough.

Max Mutzke (42) also wants to impress with his music - and he is not that unknown in Germany.

Among other things, the discovery of Stefan Raab (57) was already able to achieve a solid performance at the ESC.

In 2004 he came in 4th place. He won the TV show “The Masked Singer”.

However, some stars do not support him, but Marie Reim.

The Schlagerwelt is very excited that she has chosen a German title for her song “Naiv” – and assures the singer of their full support.
