Montecito - Prince Harry (39) and Meghan Markle (42) celebrated their Valentine's Day at the start of the One Year to Go celebrations of the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025. Wrapped in warm winter gear in temperatures below freezing, the two set off holding hands to the snowy mountain to open the winter training camp with athletes, trainers and guides.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will spend the next three days meeting with members of the participating nations' winter training camp.

The camp brings together members of the international Invictus community, including team managers, coaches and competitors, to learn about adaptive winter sports before official competition next year.

For Harry and Meghan it's a bit like coming home.

The Invictus Games marked an important moment at the beginning of their relationship.

Then, as real lovebirds, their debut as a couple was famously made at the 2017 Invictus Games in Toronto, where Meghan lived during the filming of “Suits”.

In Germany one is more likely to be reminded of the Invictus Games 2023 in Düsseldorf.
