Chávez – former striker for Salamanca, from Spain, and Carlos Manucci, from Trujillo, in Peru – died this Wednesday at the age of 28 in a car accident, reported his current team, Juárez FC of Mexican soccer.
The death of the former Mexican forward was confirmed by his team in a message spread on their social networks in which
no further details of the accident were revealed

During his time at Juárez FC,

Chávez, a native of Veracruz, was signed by Juárez in February 2023, after a one-year spell with Manucci.
In his time as a Juárez footballer,

scored three goals
and provided one assist in 46 games.

At Carlos Manucci, the attacker played 29 games, in which he scored three goals and distributed five assists;
His time at Salamanca was from September 2020 to July 2021, during which time he participated in 23 duels with five goals and one assist for a goal.
In addition to Juárez, other Mexican teams such as champion América, Guadalajara, Pachuca, Tigres UANL, Monterrey and his former team, Necaxa, used their social networks to mourn the death of the former forward.
