As part of a festival organized between February 15 and the end of March, the reservation site The Fork has selected hundreds of restaurants for a special operation: their menu is simply half price.
1000 places are affected by this event throughout France, including 237 in Paris alone.
Several of them are also among the 100 favorite restaurants of the French on The Fork.
Italian, Japanese, bistros... No specialty is spared by the event.
“TheFork Festival is THE anti-inflation solution for enjoying a restaurant without breaking the bank
,” indicates the reservation site.
This temporary offer will, according to Damien Rodière, general manager of TheFork Western Europe,
“make gastronomy accessible to all, while helping our restaurant partners, also affected by inflation.”
“Previous editions of the festival have demonstrated their effectiveness by allowing participating restaurants to triple their clientele over the period and increase their margin by 2.5,”
he adds.
