A 33-year-old woman accompanied by her child was attacked on Tuesday February 13 by four pickpockets,
Le Figaro
learned this Thursday from a police source.
While the victim was getting on the RER A at Val d'Europe station, four Bosnian women beat her.
The attackers who had identified their victim as being the companion of a police officer, who had already arrested them in the past, were arrested and placed in police custody at the Chassy police station an hour after the incident.
A complaint was filed by the victim.
On Tuesday shortly after 4:30 p.m., security officers at Chessy station were contacted by the young woman, who had bruises on her body and pain in her shoulder.
It is precisely because of her status as the companion of a police officer that the victim was allegedly hit, pushed and insulted.
Couple identified during private travel
An investigator at the Ile-de-France networks brigade, his companion had repeatedly questioned the suspects for cases of theft in meetings.
During private trips, the couple would have already encountered pickpockets who were therefore equipped with descriptions of the victim.
The charges will be referred to the Meaux court this Friday for adults.
Minor charges will be presented to a juvenile judge.
