Celebrations of the Chiefs' victory ended with a rally in front of Union Station, an Amtrak hub and tourist destination in downtown Kansas City, Mo. "As soon as the rally ended, shots were fired on the west side of Union Station," said Chief Graves, adding, "I know one of the suspects was immediately pursued on foot."

Governor forced to evacuate due to shooting in Kansas City

Many state and local officials attended the rally, including the governors of Kansas and Missouri.

Gov. Laura Kelly of Kansas had to be evacuated and said on social media that she was now "out of danger," and Gov. Mike Parson of Missouri and his wife were both "safe and secure," according to the governor's office.
