Traffic on the Beauvais-Creil axis and in the Beauvais-Paris direction has resumed normal operation after the intervention of the competent teams.
“The resumption of traffic between Persan and Beauvais remains expected around 12 p.m.,” specifies the SNCF, which adds that “the search for replacement coaches is underway” for the Persan-Beauvais journey.
A few weeks ago, dozens of travelers suffered a real ordeal trying to get from the capital to Clermont-Ferrand.
Without electricity or heating for several hours, users reported a 7-hour delay in their journey.
A locomotive breakdown was the cause of the incident which plunged travelers on the Intercités train into darkness and cold, SNCF said.
The train finally arrived on Saturday around 6 a.m.… although it was expected on Friday at 10:31 p.m.
