Daniel Adrián Derderian, the alleged murderer of

confessed
this Thursday to having been the one who committed the double crime of his mother and sister last Saturday.
He said the women attacked him with a shovel and a stick and that he acted in self-defense.
In the investigation before prosecutor José Ignacio Amallo, Derderian admitted having caused the women's injuries, but added that the incident occurred after an argument
and that he was attacked by the victims

The man stated in his statement that he feared that his mother would do to him the same thing she did with her last partner, "whom she even beat to death and then set him on fire," said the sources of the investigation.
Now, they must corroborate whether that accusation existed.
The detainee added that he did not appear before the Police because he was scared, which is why he was "wandering" until he was apprehended in Garín.
Furthermore, he added that he arrived "walking" to that Buenos Aires town, where he was finally arrested on Wednesday afternoon.

The katana found by investigators was bloody and also had hair attached to it that presumably belonged to the victims, so prosecutor Amallo understood that this was the murder weapon.
Prosecutor Amallo charged Derderian with the crime of "homicide aggravated by the relationship" of his mother, in real competition with the "aggravated homicide criminis causa" of his sister - that is, having killed her to hide the previous crime.
The penalty for both crimes is life imprisonment

In the extensive story he presented to the prosecutor, Darderian said that on Saturday he had an argument with his mother and sister in the house they all shared, located in Aguado at 600 General Pacheco.
According to the detainee, the victims ran him away and attacked him with a stick and a shovel.

When describing the body, the coroner noted that "a single lesion stands out in the posterolateral cervical region of approximately 21.5 centimeters in diameter where the section of the cutaneous and muscular planes and the section of the left cervical neurovascular bundle can be observed."

Regarding Chaparro, Darderian's sister, the coroner described multiple stab injuries to the head, shoulders, elbow, wrists, arms, hands and fingers, many of them compatible with a possible defense of the victim.
In both cases, the coroner calculated a death date of between 5 and 7 days calculated from the moment she performed the autopsy, that is, since last Tuesday.
However, judicial sources clarified that this is a preliminary estimate, that we must wait for additional expertise and that everything indicates that the double crime occurred a few days after that time frame, probably on Saturday the 10th.
Little is known about the personality of the accused, although there were some testimonies that linked him to some addiction.
