Volodymyr Zelensky is expected for a visit to Berlin and Paris on Friday, the Ukrainian presidency announced this Thursday in a press release.

French President Emmanuel Macron and his Ukrainian counterpart will sign a security agreement between their two countries at the Élysée, the French presidency said.

“This agreement follows the commitments that were made in G7 format on the sidelines of the NATO summit in Vilnius in July 2023,” recalls the Élysée.

In Berlin, Volodymyr Zelensky will also meet German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, before participating in the Munich Security Conference on Saturday in Germany, the Ukrainian presidency added.

He will deliver a speech at the Munich Conference and will meet with US Vice President Kamala Harris and several other heads of state and government, the presidency said in the press release.
