It's true that the profession of actor can be "difficult" and "worry for parents", explains Mily Neau, the director.
But in the first and only theater school in Oise, the students are put in condition.
The training aims to make them “versatile and adaptable to facilitate their entry into the world of work,” she explains.
The Academy was created in 2018, at the initiative of Mily Neau.
Actress, then director and teacher, the director notes that there is “a real pool of professionals” in the south of Hauts-de-France.
“There was a whole network of directors, actors, artists ready to take part in the project.
» A few years later, many of them are giving courses.
Last year, around twenty came, regularly or occasionally, to meet the students.
“It’s also a way of giving them contacts in the industry, for their professional future.
