SC Riessersee's third-to-last home game of the main round in the Oberliga Süd is on Friday.
On Sunday we're going to the big derby in Tölz.
But the Werdenfelsers are suffering from injuries.
GAP - SC Riessersee will play at home against Höchstadt this
Friday evening (February 16th)
.
It is the third-to-last home game of the main round in the Oberliga Süd.
It starts at 8 p.m.
There will be a Bavarian hometown evening in the stadium.
With the Goaßnmaß bar, atmospheric music and Bavarian three-way combat, the Olympic ice sports center should be filled with lots of people.
Anyone who appears smart in traditional costume will receive a free beer token for the bar in the stadium at the entrance.
There is folk and mood music, the Bavarian anthem before the game and much more.
After the game, dance music and the final of the Bavarian three-way match round off the atmospheric evening.
The big derby at the Tölzer Löwen will take place
on
Sunday (February 18th) at 6 p.m.
This season, the SCR scored seven out of nine points against its big rivals.
The next injured
But the Werdenfels squad has shrunk dramatically: Alexander Höller broke his spoke against Memmingen, Uli Maurer had to leave the ice with a broken collarbone against Stuttgart, and Lubor Dibelka suffered against Lindau: he tore his medial ligament and the anterior cruciate ligament.
This means that the season is now over for all three before the playoffs and thus the decisive phase of the season begin at the beginning of March.
Purely in numbers, 36 goals and 60 assists are lost at the SCR.
In addition, Tobias Kircher (broken finger) will probably be out until the playoffs.
Small squad was still able to score points
Most recently, the white-blue team were also able to score points with their small squad: they won 6-2 at EV Füssen.
Quirin Bader celebrated a hat trick.
The striker, who supports the SCR with a sponsorship license from Red Bull Munich, scored the first two goals of the evening and the final point.
Robin Soudek made it 3-0, Felix Linden scored the fourth goal for the SCR.
David Kaiser put Füssen on the scoreboard for the first time in the final period.
Just six minutes before the end of the game, Füssen's coach Juhani Matikainen took the goalie off the field, which meant that Robin Veber was able to make it 5-1.
Luca Kinzel was able to reduce the deficit again, but Bader finally scored the last goal to give the SCR a 6-2 away win.
Decision in the penalty shootout
The guests got off to a better start: Félix Brassard (5th/11th) and Andreas Feuerecker (14th) put the “Gallic village” ahead 3-0 early on.
However, the home team did not give up and equalized the game again thanks to Jan Pietsch (33'), Curtis Roch (39') and shortly before the end Quirin Bader (58').
After goalless extra time, the winner had to be determined in a penalty shootout.
Once again it was Félix Brassard who ended the game with the decisive penalty, giving his team a 4-3 victory.

2:11 clap in willow
On Wednesday the SCR went to the league leaders in Weiden.
Not only in terms of the calendar, it was Ash Wednesday.
After just 36 minutes, the white and blue were 6-0 behind, thanks to braces from Tyler Ward (19th/23rd) and Luca Brille (17th/36th) - before Connor Graham scored a consolation goal and Thomas Schmid scored in the final third to 2:9.
In the end, the worst defeat of the season was 2:11.
Ward and Glasses each scored three times for the completely superior Upper Palatinate team.
