The Lenggrieser Mountain Rescue helpers were in demand several times last weekend.

There were a total of five missions to be completed at Brauneck and Jachenau.

– Exhaustion, broken arm, stomach cramps, shoulder pain: the operations of the Lenggries mountain rescue service last weekend were varied.

The rescuers came to the aid of a skier at the Finstermünzalm in Brauneck on Saturday at 11.25 a.m.

The woman complained of exhaustion and muscle cramps.

She was taken to the top station of the mountain railway in a snowmobile, from where she made her own way home.

The next mission took the mountain rescue helpers to Jachenau at around 2:45 p.m.

A hiker climbed over a fence near the Berglalm and then fell onto rocky terrain.

The emergency services discovered a suspected fracture of the upper arm and a broken rib.

The woman was treated on site by helpers and an emergency doctor and taken to the valley.

The ambulance picked her up there.

After falling, slipped to the storage pond

At 4:15 p.m. four helpers rushed to help two people on Brauneck who were on foot descending the mountain.

Shortly after the breakthrough at Garland, one of the two slipped and only came to a stop at the storage pond.

One person was led back up to the cable car with the crampons, the other was taken down to the valley in the rescue sleigh.

The first alarm was raised at 8:45 a.m. on Sunday.

The mountain rescue service was called to the Bayernhütte on Brauneck.

A woman had spent the night there and complained of nausea, vomiting and abdominal cramps.

A rescuer from Lenggries and a mountain rescue emergency doctor from Bad Tölz looked after them and took them to the mountain station by skidoo.

In the valley she started the journey to the hospital on her own.
