At the Brocon Pass near Trento, a 40-year-old mother from the Czech Republic went to the ski slopes without her four-year-old son and left him locked in the car.

Employees of a ski lift found the child in the car at a nearby parking lot.

The employees alerted the police at Castello Tesino train station.

When the officers arrived, the child was sitting in the car distraught and crying.

At the sight of the police, the child calmed down.

Since the car was locked, the boy could not open the car from the inside.

Only after several attempts was it possible to locate the child's mother.

While a mother was having fun skiing, her four-year-old son was locked in the car.
