Damien V. is injured in the chest in the heart region.
She drops the little one on top of the sofa but she ends up falling and getting a bump on her head.
It was not until the next day, January 13, at 10 a.m., that his ex, who had come to pick up the children, saw his facial injuries and decided to warn his father, who called on the 17th. Damien V. was hospitalized and the two were placed in police custody.
The Compiègne public prosecutor's office did not prosecute the young woman, considering that her action was self-defense.
The defendant, who has seven mentions in his criminal record, was sentenced to 24 months in prison, including 12 months.
The judges decided to revoke four months of prison time from a previous conviction.
He will therefore spend 16 months in prison.
Upon his release, he will have to undergo treatment, must no longer come into contact with Sabrina and her children and is prohibited from appearing at their home.
He will have to pay the sum of 1,500 euros for the moral damage suffered by the mother and the little girl.
