In a recall sheet, the Ministry of Agriculture warns about the consumption of Saint-Nectaire cheese produced by the Mons company, originally from the Loire.

“people who have consumed these products and who present with fever, isolated or accompanied by headaches, and body aches, are invited to consult their doctor and report this consumption.”
Serious forms with neurological complications and maternal or fetal damage in pregnant women can also sometimes occur.
Pregnant women particularly vulnerable

“raw milk, cheeses made from raw milk and dairy products made from raw milk should not be consumed by children under 5 years old” and that It is better to “prefer cooked pressed cheeses (such as Emmental, Comté, Gruyère, Beaufort), processed spreadable cheeses and pasteurized milk cheeses.”
