The first 406 companies will be reimbursed, in the form of a tax credit, part of the annual expenditure incurred for the purchase of finished products made with recycled material.

The decree and the list of the first economic operators admitted to the facilitation of the "Tax credit - recovery material" tender have been published on the website of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security.


    The benefit is aimed at companies that have purchased finished products made with materials coming from separate collection of packaging: plastic, primary and secondary biodegradable and compostable paper, cardboard and wood, primary and secondary derived from the collection of paper or aluminium.


    The beneficiary companies will receive a tax credit equal to 36% of the annual expenditure incurred for the purchase of these products and materials, up to a maximum amount of 20,000 euros for each year.

A total budget of 12 million euros is foreseen for the implementation of the measure.
