Scene of a tragedy: A 51-year-old stabbed her 54-year-old friend in this house on Pater-Roth-Strasse in Dachau - with fatal consequences.

A 52-year-old refugee has been charged with murder in the regional court.
She is said to have stabbed a 54-year-old from Dachau.
Now her friends are testifying as witnesses.
Dachau - In the "jealousy murder", in which a Ukrainian woman (51) is said to have killed her ex-boyfriend (54), friends of the defendant testified as witnesses on the fourth day of the trial.
They described the woman as friendly, but also sad.
They had spent a wonderful summer with her at Lake Karlsfelder, and it was beyond their imagination that the 51-year-old should have stabbed a person.
Before the Munich II Regional Court, the presiding judge Thomas Bott had the witnesses tell everything about their chance acquaintance.
How they met, how they communicated and where the defendant's problems were from the girlfriends' point of view.
“I found her to be a very sad woman.
She cried a lot and was always alone,” recalled a 48-year-old witness.
According to her description, the 51-year-old's biggest concern was that she didn't need a living space so much as a registration address in Dachau in order to get financial support - and that her friend didn't want to contact her.
However, the defendant had also told her friends a completely different story, namely that she was living with a family that was currently abroad and that the acquaintance was a neighbor.
When the defendant realized in February 2023 that she would have to get out of her boyfriend's apartment at some point, she asked her sea friends for help.
They appeared to be helpful, but then, while looking for an address, they found out that the 51-year-old had been living with the “neighbor” for a long time.
The women became suspicious.
One even spoke to the later victim and asked the man why he didn't want to report the woman.
According to the witness, the man said that this was not possible due to his housing status.
He lives in a state employee apartment.

According to the prosecution, the 51-year-old met the man 15 years ago through a dating portal.
Over time, the two only maintained a kind of friendly relationship.
When the war in Ukraine began, the woman fled to Dachau in 2022.
He took her in for a short time, but demanded that she move out.
But she stubbornly refused.
Because he was too weak and she was becoming more and more aggressive, he asked his ex-wife and son for help.
The fatal stabbings occurred during this encounter.
The 51-year-old had apparently realized that her time with the good-natured Dachau native was over.
He also already had a fiancée and just wanted her to move out.
The defendant was probably so angry about the new relationship that she neither cleared the apartment nor allowed him to meet his new wife.
The main hearing will continue after the carnival holidays.
