In Turkey, Emre and Sandra fell in love and were accompanied together by “Goodbye Germany”.
Emre has now died at the age of 32, as the broadcaster reports.
Cologne – It is sad news that VOX announced on February 16, 2024: The “Goodbye Germany” protagonist Emre (32) died at the beginning of the month.
The station filmed their popular emigrant documentary soap with him and his fiancée Sandra (35) in 2023.
“Goodbye Germany” team announces Emre’s death on Instagram
It is not the first tragic loss within the “Goodbye Germany” cast.
Danni Büchner (45) had to say goodbye to her emigrant husband Jens Büchner († 49) in the past.
In January, the 45-year-old had to cope with another stroke of fate: Danni Büchner's nephew (20) died in a car accident.

Now the production is announcing another mourning message via Instagram: “We mourn Emre, who tragically died at the beginning of the month.
'Goodbye Germany' accompanied his fiancée Sandra and him in Turkey last March.
Our thoughts are with Sandra and Emre’s family and would like to express our deepest condolences.”

Emre Aytekin was accompanied by VOX in Turkey in 2023.
The 32-year-old worked as a musician in a bar in the city of Side.
There he met his future fiancée, Sandra Zeppin.
The “Goodbye Germany” protagonist fell in love with the woman from Hamburg and she emigrated to live with him in Turkey, where they then got engaged.
Unfortunately the wedding didn't happen.
The cause of Emre's sudden death is not yet known.
