“Hartz and cordial”: Jasmin and Maik receive unpleasant mail!

The letter from the district court is about the debts that Jasmin actually has to pay off.

The infamous prefabricated buildings can be found in Rostock Groß Klein.

The residents here often live in difficult circumstances - their everyday lives are characterized by constant worries.

This reality accompanies the social documentary “Hartz und Herzen” and provides an insight into the lives of these people.

One of them is Jasmin, a mother of two who has to turn every penny twice.

“Hartz and cordial” on RTLZWEI: TV favorite Jasmin receives mail – “from the district court”

In the new episodes of the RTLZWEI series from Rostock, Jasmin reveals that she and her family live exclusively on state social benefits.

Your financial situation doesn't allow for any big jumps.

Now the family is receiving mail from an authority - at first glance nothing unusual.

But the letter contains bad news:

“This is a letter from the district court.

Lidl wants money from me.

Actually, 96 euros would still be outstanding, but because a return debit was made and additional reminder fees were added, it is now 235 euros," explains the "Hartz and cordial" protagonist.

She bluntly gives insight into the reasons that led to her financial misery.

Like many others in similar situations, Jasmin also struggles with the consequences of youthful recklessness.

The woman from Rostock paid for her purchase with a card, but ignored the long-term consequences.

Because: The mother of two's account was not funded.

Jasmin wanted to pay off her debts in installments.

But when she defaults on an agreed payment, she receives unpleasant mail from the district court.

The court letter serves as a painful reminder of the reality of her situation.

Despite the awareness of her mistakes, Jasmin still feels the burden of her past: “I have to speak out about it.

Something went wrong.” By the way: Jasmin from “Hartz und Herzen” has to move into a mother-child home.

Jasmin from “Hartz and warmly” comes to an agreement with the court – otherwise “someone will come and seize”

In order to prevent further damage, Jasmin wants to report to the district court immediately and inform the authorities about her payment in installments.

Determined not to drag her family further into financial problems, she struggles to settle her debts out of court.

“If I don’t respond to the letter, someone will come and seize it,” explains Jasmin – an enormous burden for the young family.

Jasmin's hope is that she can once again agree on installment payments with the court.

She has luck!

The court agrees to a final installment payment: “Hopefully it will work now.

Otherwise we'll have real problems.” That just worked out well for Jasmin and Maik!

You can continue to pay off your debts in installments.
