Cat Saskia has lived in the Munich animal shelter for many years.

A suitable new home is still being sought for them - with special requirements.

Munich – The 8-year-old cat Saskia was brought to the animal shelter with injuries some time ago.

These probably came from a car accident.

The black and white cat had already been adopted once, but was then brought back to the animal shelter, explains the Munich animal shelter.

That's why she's now looking for a new home where she'll have plenty to do.

Cat Saskia “is happy about every attention that is given to her”

Saskia is very friendly and trusting, which is why she could also live well with children.

On the one hand, the European Shorthair cat is active and playful, but on the other hand, it also enjoys cuddles and petting.

She “is happy about any attention that is given to her.”

The car accident left Saskia's tail paralyzed.

Unfortunately, she cannot control her urination and defecation.

She also takes medication every day.

She has to be very careful about urinating on her own, which is why she can't roam around outside on her own.

Since Saskia still moves around a lot, a large apartment with a connected balcony is planned for her.

But a house with a large and secure garden would be ideal.

Saskia is neutered.

According to the animal shelter, you have to try out whether it is suitable for allergy sufferers.

If you are interested in the loving and cheerful Saskia, you can contact the cat house of the Munich Animal Welfare Association on 089 921 000 825.
