Good news in the Benz barracks – “Hartz and warm” Christine has found an apartment
Christine (46) from Mannheim has been suffering from health problems for years.
The mother of four is not only struggling with mental illness, she is also suffering from chronic lung disease.
This was made even worse by the mold infestation in the old apartment where Christine lived with two of her children for the last few years.
The “hard and heartfelt” protagonist was all the more happy when she finally received a new apartment from a housing association!
And exactly as Christine wanted, she is close to her mother, who is in need of care.
Although it is significantly smaller than her old home, Christine is actually happy about that: “I’d rather have it small and nice.”
Freshly renovated two-room apartment - this is how Christine will live with her daughter Sofie
She will live in the newly renovated two-room apartment with her daughter Sofie.
The student gets her own bedroom, for which Christine has already thought about furnishings with a wardrobe, desk, etc.
The woman from Mannheim also wants to get a carpet and put up a wall tattoo.
“She should like it too, I want to make it nice for her,” she explains.
In addition to Sofie's room, there is also Christine's bedroom with an adjoining balcony, a bright kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub, which she is particularly happy about.
“I can finally bathe my daughter as I should, I’m really happy,” explains the single parent.

“I looked for five years” – “Hartz and cordial” Christine about the difficult search for an apartment
The space for the kitchen is still empty, but the “Hartz und cordial” protagonist would like to change that soon.
“I’m going to get a single kitchen,” she says.
Christine also wants to buy new furnishings for the rest of the apartment because she is afraid that she might otherwise carry traces of mold with her.
The citizen's benefit recipient looked for an apartment for five years.
It was repeatedly rejected because many landlords did not want to be paid by the job center.
Now Christine wants to be able to make a new start in this apartment.
Janine, who is looking for a new job, also wants to make a fresh start.
