A seemingly innocuous event, which is nevertheless the result of long reflection.
The idea germinated in Ariel Weil's head several months ago.
Objective for the socialist mayor of Paris Center (1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th arrondissements): diversify the uses of this square with so-called “positive” events.
“It’s the application of a deliberate strategy,” agrees the elected official.
There had never been a flea market here before.
