A well-known snack brand is being recalled.
The Rappel Conso platform alerted this Friday about Milka Oreo bars which must under no circumstances be consumed, and must be returned to the store.
These may in fact contain
“plastic particles”
, specifies the official website.
Specifically concerned are packs of bars in 5x37 gram packaging from the brand of the American agri-food giant Mondelez, sold since December 1, 2023 in stores throughout France, in the Action, Aldouest, Auchan, Codifrance, Leclerc and Match.
The batch concerned bears the number OSK0934651, and the associated GTIN code (or barcode) is 7622210738851. The recalled products also have a minimum durability date (
“
best before
…”
) set at 18 August 2024.

No other Milka or Oreo products affected
“Only the lot number indicated is affected by this recall, any other lot number can be consumed
,” the product recall sheet clearly states.
And it also specifies that
“no other product marketed by Mondelez International in France, Milka or Oreo, is affected by this recall”
.
“Due to the risk of injury/adverse effects following the ingestion of this product, as a precaution it is recommended that people who have products belonging to the batch(es) described above do not consume”
, writes the Rappel Conso platform.
