The first autopsy showed that the young police officer suffered a "non-traumatic cardiac arrest due to hypovolemic shock due to a cyst in the ovary that caused hemorrhage."
After the family's doubts and complaints, prosecutor Paula Salevsky, head of the Functional Instruction Unit (UFI) 4 of Morón and in charge of the case, requested a second analysis.
The report, carried out on February 5 by personnel from the Forensic Medical Corps of Lomas de Zamora, was known in the last few hours, and
supported the first study
: it referred to a "non-traumatic cardiorespiratory arrest."
When this result was made public, Casco's relatives accepted that the death of the young police officer was not caused by a blow, but
insisted that "although this was not the cause, the blow in training existed
, the fainting and decompensations existed and the 'NO' assistance from superiors and instructors was also real".
Sources linked to the investigation told the

Were there any blows in training?
The new autopsy, which had been requested by the police officer's family, sought to establish whether any injury that the officer had suffered during the training she carried out at the Vucetich school and that led to her death could have been overlooked.
Another point was to determine if the victim had any long-standing health problems that he did not inform his superiors at the school where he was taking the course under the boarding modality.
According to what was reconstructed in the case, Casco left the Vucetich school on the afternoon of Friday the 17th. He had attended training to climb the ranks and leave the Ituzaingó Patrol Command.

According to her mother, Claudia Pereyra, during that day her daughter told her that during a handcuffing practice carried out in the course they hit her on the waist and lower abdomen, which is why she was in pain.

that the young woman got up, went to training and became unwell, losing consciousness.
At that point "they just gave him a glass of water" and continued, Jessica added.
Always according to what her relatives said, Agustina continued to feel unwell on Saturday.
In a family chat she said that she felt "anemic", she was full of bruises and "red dots on her body".
On Sunday she began to feel general pain and faint, which is why she was taken to the Ituzaingó Bicentennial guard.
From there, and due to her condition, she was referred by ambulance to the Merlo clinic, where she was hemodynamically compensated and an exploratory laparoscopy was performed, during which they noted that she had "hemoperitoneum" and "hypovolemic shock with hemorrhagic ovarian lobe." .
According to the report from that healthcare center, Casco died as a result of the severity of this condition.
Although the medical report and the subsequent autopsy established a "non-traumatic" origin of the injury, the officer's mother wants to investigate whether that blow that her daughter told her she had suffered in training practice could have triggered the condition that led her to death.
