Victims of shootings in the United States will 'call' legislators through artificial intelligence

The Shotline project will use artificial intelligence to recreate the voices of shooting victims and pressure US congressmen to issue much stricter gun regulations.

The project uses voice clips of victims provided by their families to train the artificial intelligence model.

Other voices that would call out congressmen are Uziyah Garcia, a 10-year-old boy murdered in Uvalde, and Mike Baughan, who committed suicide in 2014 with a gun he bought in 15 minutes.
