For lovers of beautiful French watches, Yema's Superman is one of the classics to have in a collection.
Beyond the increasingly sought-after vintage models, Yema has in recent years been able to capitalize on its star diver by developing it over time.
It has also, over time, ensured that its offering has been improved in terms of quality and proximity to production.
Thus, after Sellita or ETA movements, then a Yema2000 caliber, here we have a micro-rotor Manufacture caliber CMM.20 created with the help of the talented Olivier Mory, formerly in the Watchmaking section of the Lycée Edgar Faure de Morteau.
With this movement designed and developed in France, its components are either produced internally in Morteau (bridges and plates), or sourced in France or Switzerland within a 72 km radius.
Assemblies, adjustments and checks are also carried out in Morteau.
The power reserve of this model is now 70 hours, thanks to the high-density tungsten micro-rotor allowing optimized winding.
And this with an accuracy of -3 /+7 seconds per day.

In particular thanks to the thinness of this new micro-caliber (3.7 mm) compared to the Sellita or ETA calibers, this new Superman Slim CMM.20 sports a new 39 mm case in thinner 316L stainless steel: overall, with its glass , this watch is 11.8 mm thick.
Completely reworked, this case combines 20mm curved horns, brushed finishes and slightly curved polished chamfers.
It is associated with a new Scales Slim 20 mm bracelet.

The new rotating sapphire bezel features unidirectional rotation, a simplified 0-60 graduation and a luminescent marker at 12 o'clock in Super-LumiNova Grade A. The historic Superman bezel lock is still there, to allow divers to block the bezel after adjusting it.
French caliber obliges, the blue or black dials of these new French toolwatches feature the words “French Manufacture”.
This new Yelma Superman Slim CMM.20 collection, waterproof to 300 meters and guaranteed for five years, is available for pre-order directly on the yema.com website.
