Highlights: A school welcomes a well-being expert for a week. The schools and classes of the "Carlo Urbani" State Comprehensive Institute of Moie di Maiolati Spontini-Castelplanio-Poggio S. Marcello, in the province of Ancona. Stanislava Kuharski, an expert in well- Being and stress management, of Croatian origin, spent a week at the school. The aim of the meetings was to realize the concept of "feeling good at school", increasing motivation and academic performance.

The schools and classes of the "Carlo Urbani" State Comprehensive Institute of Moie di Maiolati Spontini-Castelplanio-Poggio S. Marcello, in the province of Ancona, welcomed for a week the teacher Stanislava Kuharski, an expert in well-being and stress management, of Croatian origin , within the Erasmus+ project.

Kuharski, who the students had already met last October online during the Erasmus Days, involved all the nursery, primary and secondary classes, the teaching staff and Ata in numerous activities from 12 to 17 February, exclusively in English. based on breathing, relaxation, concentration and awareness practices and exercises through the use of innovative psychological well-being and mindfulness techniques, with the aim of offering new stimuli for feeling good about oneself and at school.


    Awarded as best teacher for innovative methods and educational techniques in 2023 and coordinator of the Erasmus+ Program Community in Croatia, Kuharski returns as an expert to the prestigious Erasmus+ 2021-2027 accreditation that the Moie Institute achieved last year.

The aim of the meetings was to realize the concept of "feeling good at school", increasing motivation and academic performance.


   "These difficult times and the constant exposure to stress, in which children and young people represent a particularly vulnerable group - explained the expert - of the importance of greater attention to mental health as a basis for quality of life. By bringing our project to schools of well-being and mindfulness we provide students with the necessary support with the aim of reducing stress and developing creativity, productivity and satisfaction, creating a more positive emotional atmosphere. And this also applies to teachers".
