But there is a ray of hope.

Villingen/Hesse – Karl-Heinz Ulrich (75) is going through a difficult time: The pop star, who became famous with the duo Die Amigos, lost his wife Doris in mid-January.

At the age of 71, she lost her battle with cancer and fell asleep peacefully surrounded by her family.

But she received one nice message before her death - and it makes the musician smile again despite his sadness.

On February 14, 2024, Doris Ulrich was buried in her hometown of Villingen, Hesse.

In an obituary, Karl-Heinz Ulrich spoke emotionally about his wife.

During these difficult times, the Amigos star is primarily dependent on the support of his family.

Above all, his children are a rock to him.

His son Mario (38) even has a message that makes it possible to look positively into the future despite the sadness.

“She should be called almost like my Doris, my son says she should be called Malia Dori,” he says happily.

The baby is due to be born in April.
