A study recently examined how many people lie on their resumes - and in which state most fraudsters live.

The online resume experts conducted a survey of 3,000 people from all federal states and asked them whether they had ever lied on their resume - and if so, about what.
Some interesting results emerged.
Survey shows: Bavaria in second place among CV fraudsters
According to the study, of the 3,000 people surveyed, 58.53 percent said they had already lied on their resume.
Regarding the federal states, according to
CVapp.de,
most resume fraudsters come from Bremen (70 percent).
Bavaria follows closely behind, where 68.81 percent of those surveyed from the Free State stated that they had ever lied in their CV.
A study by CVapp.de examined how many people lie on their CV - and sorted the numbers depending on the federal state.
What emerged was that there was a lot of fibbing in Bavaria, among other places.

Another finding from the survey: Almost 71 percent of male participants said they had cheated on their resume - while only a little more than 40 percent of women said they had lied about their resume.
According to the study, the state of Saxony has the lowest proportion of cheaters - but where the highest percentage of salary cheats (80.81 percent) live.

Thuringia has the highest percentage here - a full 85.85 percent of those who said they had ever lied on their CV were lying about their skills.
CV fraudsters in Bavaria, on the other hand, also lie most often about skills (77.70 percent), closely followed by salary (75.54 percent).
