Police, fire and rescue services were on duty when a car overturned in Moosburg on Saturday.
There was even more to do for the police at the weekend.
Moosburg
- The Moosburg police were called to a traffic accident on Saturday evening around 8:25 p.m.: In the Westerbergstrasse area, a 33-year-old car driver hit a car that was parked on the side of the road.
“As a result of the collision, the car belonging to the woman who caused the accident overturned, and she was slightly injured as a result,” says the report from the Moosburg police.
In addition to the police, the Moosburg fire department was also on site.
After first responders had freed the driver from her vehicle, the Floriansjüngers had to secure the scene of the accident, tie up the leaked resources and help salvage the vehicle.
The emergency service, which was also alerted, looked after the slightly injured woman.
A few hours earlier, around 4:14 p.m., the Moosburg police stopped a 51-year-old car driver from the district in the Dreirosenstadt.
The man had “filled up” and exceeded the 0.5 alcohol limit.
“Administrative offense proceedings have been initiated against the driver, which provides for a fine of 500 euros, two points in the Flensburg driving fitness register and a one-month driving ban,” the Moosburg police said.
On Saturday night, a garden fence and a hedge were hit and damaged on Erzgebirgsstrasse in Moosburg.
“The driver then left without fulfilling his duties as a participant in the accident or drawing attention to himself,” the police report states.
The material damage amounts to around 3,000 euros.
